Half Service
- Remove all the C-Clamps, Pins, End covers and Shims
- Remove the sleeves and check bearings for wear as well as removing old lubricant (we can replace as needed)
- Remove any rust, dust and dirt to the bearings assembly
- Clean bar itself using a variety of synthetic materials
- Once clean; grease to lubricate required areas
- Reassemble Barbell
Full Service
- As Service 1 with the following additions;
- When sleeves have been dismantled we remove any chalk, blood and other as such from within the knurling
- Recondition with an anti-corrosive/rust protective coating. Standard finish comes in Steel Effect (Optional finishes provided on request)
Preventative Maintenance Package
- Regular functional checks
- Regular servicing, full cleaning as per Full Service
- Recondition with an anti-corrosive/rust protective coating, touch up as and when required
